ITA volunteers will cut out logs and brush on this trail along the upper western shore of beautiful Priest Lake in northern Idaho. There will be car camping available for those who would like to spend the night and enjoy the camaraderie. 

Trail: Lakeshore Trail #294 

Itinerary: The crew leader will specify meeting time & place for Saturday morning. Work Saturday until Sunday afternoon; return to the trailhead to car camp in the evening. Head home Sunday afternoon.

The hike is less than three miles, very slight elevation gain and is along Priest Lake the whole time. Carrying tools and day packs short distances. See the linked map for the elevation profile.

Project Work: 2/5 Moderate
Logging out and brushing, with infrequent digging or swinging tools. Bending or kneeling for light saw work or brushing. . The weather in May can be unpredictable so please pack accordingly!
