September 5th update:  The project location has changed to continue ITAs work from earlier this season on Campbell Creek Ridge Trail . Volunteers, working alongside Forest Service, will be rerouting the trail to ensure sustainable and user-friendly access to the Pocatello Foothills.  

Trail: Campbell Creek Ridge #020

Itinerary: Meet at the trailhead in the morning; working until midafternoon.

Hike: 3/5 Moderately Strenuous
About three miles from the trailhead to the connecting trail, uphill climb with 1,100 feet elevation gain. Carrying day packs and tools. See the linked map for the elevation profile. 

Project Work: 2/5 Moderate
We’ll improve drainage and trim back brush on the trail. Digging, swinging tools, bending, and kneeling for saw work.   Some digging and wheelbarrow work is required to complete the bridge approach fill.
