2023 Queens River CLEM Weekend

Volunteer Trail Work Project

Loading Events

The goal of this project is to clear as far as we can for a crew to get packed in later this summer. Volunteers can expect lots of logging out and saw work.  This is a great opportunity to work with other ITA crew leads to improve saw skills.  Volunteers will camp at the Queens River Trailhead near Atlanta for a weekend working in the beautiful Sawtooth Wilderness.

Itinerary:   Meet Friday evening (if possible, for an early start Saturday) at Queens River Trailhead to discuss the plan for the weekend and cover tool safety. Work all day Saturday and return to camp in the evening. Work until early afternoon Sunday and drive home.
