Project Name: Hum Lake – Duck Luck

Dates: July 12

This is ITA’s annual clean-up day of the Hum Lake/Duck Lake Trails. We’ll remove any trees that have fallen on the trail over the winter and clear out drains and water bars as we go. From the trailhead, several trails branch off that lead to amazing views, beautiful lakes, and abundant wildflowers. We’ll work up towards Hum Lake and/or to Duck Lake depending on trail conditions. This area of the Payette National Forest offers many excellent hiking, camping, and fishing opportunities nearby.

This was ITA’s first project in 2010 and this year is our 15th anniversary! We’re so excited to continue our work here and across the state. Come join us for a day of trail work, comradery, and celebration.
