SUMMARY:2026 Blacktail Lake Monday Hikers
DESCRIPTION:Project Name:  Blacktail Lake  \nProject Dates: September 14  \nThis is ITA's annual trail work project with the Sandpoint Monday Hikers group\, and everyone is welcome to join us for a day of trail work and hiking. We'll spend several hours clearing logs and brushing the Blacktail Lake Trail\, then turn folks loose to continue their hike to the lake and beyond at their own pace.  \nEarlier in the season\, we work toward Moose Mountain\, and this project brings us back to focus on the Blacktail Lake section of the trail. ITA has been helping keep this popular loop in the Idaho Panhandle National Forest clear and enjoyable for hikers. Blacktail Lake makes a fantastic day hike\, with the option to extend your adventure by looping past Moose Mountain and Moose Lake.  \nProject information is subject to change. Crew leaders will communicate via email. Failure to respond to your crew leader may result in being dropped from the project.
