2024 Mickinnick

Loading Events

On National Trails Day, we’ll work on this very popular 3.5-mile hiking trail right outside the town of Sandpoint. Mickinnick gains 2,200 feet from the valley bottom to reach a beautiful viewpoint far above the city. Drainage has always been a challenge on this steep trail and the crew can expect to clean and install drainage features as well as logging out and brushing.
