Project Name:  Post Falls Community Forest

Project Date: April 25

Join us for Earth Day! We will be doing a puncheon project at Post Falls Community Forest, part of the City of Post Falls' growing urban trail system. This popular network of trails provides easy access to nature right in town and is enjoyed by hikers, runners, and families throughout the community.

During this project, we'll work alongside City of Post Falls staff to build a puncheon structure that helps protect wet areas and keeps the trail durable and accessible. No prior trail experience is necessary — volunteers of all skill levels are welcome, and tools and instruction will be provided.

Celebrate Earth Day by giving back to your local trails, learning new trail-building skills, and spending a rewarding day outdoors in one of Post Falls' favorite recreation areas.

Project information is subject to change. Crew leaders will communicate via email. Failure to respond to your crew leader may result in being dropped from the project. See our FAQs, reach out to your crew leader, or contact ITA staff at trails@idahotrailsassociation.org if you have questions.
