Amidst the rush of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, join us on December 3rd for Giving Tuesday, a global day of giving. Giving Tuesday is your chance to support the community organizations that contribute to your way of life. For the outdoor enthusiast there are plenty of ways to support your favorite recreation areas, including supporting volunteer Non-Motorized Trail Maintenance with a donation to the Idaho Trails Association.

The Idaho Trails Association has been putting volunteers to work in the Idaho backcountry for 10 years now, helping to preserve access to the places that Idahoans love: the Sawtooths, Seven Devils, Frank Church, Selway, and Selkirks. ITA strives to be the statewide solution to Idaho’s trail maintenance issues.

Facing decades of inadequate funding at the State and Federal level, thousands of miles of Idaho’s Non-Motorized Trails are at risk of being lost. Partner groups like the ITA are crucial in providing the maintenance necessary to ensure our trails will be here for the next generation of Idahoans. Land managers depend on this work to keep trails open, and ITA depends on our volunteers, members, and our community. We thank you for the support and urge you to spend this Giving Tuesday contributing to the non-profit organizations in your life.

You can participate in Giving Tuesday by clicking the link below and making a donation on our GiveGab site. All donations will be applied towards your annual membership, providing you 1-month early access to project sign-ups in 2020. For each $25 dollars donated, you will be given a drawing entry to our April jetboat trip in Hells Canyon to work the Bernard Creek trail. We hope to see you on the trail in the coming season!
